December 2011
i can’t believe 2011 is nearly over, what a bloody good year its been.
started it off in the right way, hungover of course.
but seriously, so many good things have happened.
some serious road trips went on; some planned and some total last minute. met some amazing people who i hope to stay friends with. a stupid amount of memories and inside jokes with too many people. a lot of drunken...

its such a shame when bands who have masses of potential don’t get the recognition that they deserve and then just seem to disappear from music altogether.

colldheartedchild asked: you're going to see westlife? my mum would be insanely jealous!
i can’t even explain my excitement for cardiff next week!
i hate just being on a six month contract at work, its so difficult to try and organise things on so little days holidays, without having to think about what might happen if i get kept on, like will it just be another six month contract, maybe they’ll give me a years contract or maybe they’ll actually keep me on permanent or maybe i won’t even get kept on but lets just hope it...

i forgot to say in my other post, but me and nicola managed to get tickets for the newly added westlife date in glasgow.
actual so excited to be seeing them again and on their final tour.
still gutted they’re splitting up. gonna be a good wee night though.
colldheartedchild asked: I didn't think twin's support acts were that bad, I've most definitely seen worse.
last friday night, twin atlantic played the picture house in edinburgh. the support were awful, as usual. it is something you grow to deal with when coming to seeing twin atlantic ha!
twin were amazing, as always. me and laura, yet again decided it would be a good idea to go into the crowd. think we managed to push ourselves like 3 rows from the front. i miss being in the crowd, right down at the...

i’ve had a really nice weekend, again. i’m getting good at enjoying my weekends at home now.
on saturday, i went through to falkirk to kamie’s and we went to see flood of red at 20 rocks. my god, i did not expect them to come on stage at 11.30pm, i expected the gig to be well and truely over and done by then, but nooo didn’t finish until like 12.20am or something.
was...
its such a shame that francesqa have announced their split.
they are a brilliantly great band, and such lovely guys aswell. the first time i saw them was summer last year, i think, at king tuts. the gig wasn’t even half full but they played that gig as if it was a sold out show. they were fantastic that night.
in all fairness, i did see them maybe three times again after that and i never...

i could honestly kick myself for not getting mcfly tickets yesterday. yeah, i really can’t afford to be buying any gig tickets at the moment but i fucking love mcfly and urgh i’m so annoyed that i didn’t just book them anyways.
will definitely be on the hunt for newcastle tickets nearer the time. don’t want to go to glasgow as its seating and i’m not a fan of clyde...

apparently our offices in guernsey are going to be closing down any time in the next two years, no one has officially announced it to us but its all over the newspapers in guernsey, so i’ve been told.
says a lot for the future of adam and company then….
i know its only one lot of offices, but to be honest, i wouldn’t be surprised if the whole company caved in eventually.
