it was the biggest waste of time ever going into work today. i think we had two phone calls from clients but nothing to do with their debit cards at all, they needed to speak to their relationship manager and i think they were just chancing their luck by phoning on a sunday.

however, it went proper fast and it actually wasn’t as bad being in with lorna as i thought it would be.
